All the contents are intellectual property rights and materials contained in this mobile App, Facebook, Instagram and any other social media platform. You are granted limited access only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this mobile App. ‘Maan’ has full rights to delete/block any account or comment posted on their ‘Maan’.

3. Restrictions

For 'Maan' mobile App, you are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• Publishing any material in any other media;
• Posting vulgar or any unethical, political message or material.
• Selling, sublicensing and/or commercializing any image or content;
• Using this App in any way that is or may be damaging to this App;
• Using this App in any way for unauthorized user access to this App;
• Using this App contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the App, or to any person, religion or business entity;
• Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this App;

All areas of this App are restricted without permission, access to this App, at whatever time, in absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this App are confidential and you must preserve confidentiality as well.

4. Your Content

On App, “Your Content” shall mean any address, personal details, images or other material you have given on this App, you grant ‘Maan’ permission to use, transform and distribute it in any and all media.

5. No warranties

This App does not take any warranty of hacking of data and personal details given. However, efforts are constantly made to keep this App in a secure manner. You can cancel your account anytime. When you cancel your account, content you have posted are not deleted. If you do not desire to delete your account, but want to temporarily stop using ‘Maan’, you may deactivate your account instead. To deactivating or deleting your account, contact ‘Maan’. Keep in mind that information that others have shared about you is not part of your account and will not be erased when you delete your account.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event ‘Maan’ shall be declared liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this App whether such liability. ‘Maan’, including its concerned people shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any manner related to your use of this application.

7. Indemnification

You hereby admit to the fullest extent from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any manner related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be edited without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

‘Maan’ is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it considers, and by using this App you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
